Venues and promoters must have the necessary licenses and permits to operate legally in their jurisdiction.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information
• Promptly updating your account information when necessary

4. Event Listings and Tickets

For Venues and Promoters:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of event information
• You must honor all tickets sold through our platform
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You grant Clubby the right to display your event information

For Attendees:

• Tickets are subject to venue policies and terms
• Refunds are handled according to the venue's refund policy
• You must comply with venue rules and age restrictions
• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified

5. Community Campaigns and Fan Clubs

Clubby enables venues to build fan communities and run campaigns. Users agree to:

• Respect other community members
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Not share inappropriate or offensive content
• Follow venue-specific community guidelines

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Spam, solicit, or harass other users
• Sell or resell tickets at inflated prices (scalping)
• Use bots or automated systems without permission

7. Payment and Fees

Clubby charges service fees on ticket sales and campaign services. All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors.

Venues and promoters are responsible for their own tax obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Clubby platform, including its design, logos, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

Content you submit (photos, reviews, etc.) remains yours, but you grant Clubby a license to use it for platform operations and marketing.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

Clubby is a platform connecting venues and attendees. We are not responsible for:

• The conduct of venues, promoters, or attendees
• Event cancellations or changes
• Injuries or incidents at events
• Quality of events or services
• Lost or stolen items at venues

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
